Craig Peterson is President of Personal Credit Analytics. He has more than 25 years of working experience in the consumer credit industry. Craig spent 17 years at Trans Union, one of the three major credit bureaus. It was during these 17 years at Trans Union that Craig learned the intricacies of the credit reporting industry. He knows how the credit bureaus operate. He understands how credit reports are constructed, and how that information is utilized in creating credit scores by companies such as FICO. Craig has spent the last six years with Acxiom Corporation, the world’s largest financial services and database management company. Here, he provided marketing analytics based on credit reports, credit scores and demographic information to the largest financial institutions in the country. This data was used to create overall credit profiles for every credit aged consumer. The experience taught Craig the processes major credit issuers go through in order to make decisions based on the consumer.

Craig currently resides in the Sugarhouse area of Salt Lake City. He has previously resided in Nashville, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Detroit. He is a graduate of Olympus High School in Holladay, and of Middle Tennessee State University, with a degree in Economics and Finance.
